Mar Espinar will be the new PSOE spokeswoman at the Madrid Assembly
The exportevoz of the PSOE at the City Council of Madrid and Socialist Deputy Mar Espinar will be the new spokeswoman of the group in the Madrid Assembly, as Eldiario.es has learned.
The announcement occurs after the remodeling of the regional party after the fall of Juan Lobato. To date, Jesús Celada was the one who held the position as a spokesman for the Socialists in the Assembly, a position he will now occupy Espinar, who is also part of the direction of the parliamentary group.
Throughout this weekend, the new general secretary of the PSOE-M, Óscar López, has been in charge of designing his regional project during the 15th Congress of the Party, in which he has had the presence of President Pedro Sánchez and of Outstanding figures within Socialism, such as the Secretary of Organization of the National PSOE, Santos Cerdán, the former president of the Government José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, or the president of the Generalitat de Catalunya, Salvador Illa.
