The Declaration of Catalá takes on greater interest after WhatsApp messages exchanged on October 29 in the morning among the former autonomic emergency secretary, Emilio Argüeso, and the former justice counsel, Salome Pradas. In the Chat Pradas he asks his 'number two' early morning if he has spoken with the mayor of Valencia, María José Catalá. “It does not close schools, I was overwhelmed. I have already told her that if there is change you have ordered me to tell you,” Argüeso replies at 9.25 in the morning. Pradas replies: “Ok perfect.”
