The judge summons Ayuso's partner to testify as investigated on February 7

The judge investigating Alberto González Amador for two alleged tax frauds and falsification of documents has summoned Isabel Díaz Ayuso's partner to testify as under investigation on February 7. That same day, at 10 in the morning, the rest of the investigators on whom he relied to allegedly commit the crimes of which he is accused will also be summoned.

The statement scheduled for last November 29 was suspended at the request of Alberto González Amador's defense. The businessman's defense thus reacted to the decision of the judge in the case to open a separate piece to investigate two new crimes, corruption in business and unfair administration.

At that appearance it was planned to reach an agreement with the State Attorney's Office and the Prosecutor's Office that would include a fine of half a million euros and eight months in prison for two crimes of tax fraud in medial competition with one of document falsification.

The popular accusation, carried out by PSOE and Más Madrid, appealed the judge's decision and the Prosecutor's Office adhered to said appeal on the 10th, requesting González Amador's statement as soon as possible. In March, the twelve months of investigation will be completed, at which time the term expires, the judge recalls. Any conformity agreement should be reached within that period.

Prosecutor's sources assure that the opening of a separate piece to investigate new crimes by González Amador is not an obstacle to reaching an agreement on the main piece that will result in him paying the fine and not going to prison due to the reduced prison sentence.
