Ábalos admits that part of the messages with Sanchez were published with their consent
José Luis Ábalos acknowledges that he consented to the filtration of the messages with Pedro Sánchez published for days the newspaper El Mundo. Specifically, the former minister admits that he has consented to see his private conversations of 2023 with the president, because he handed a copy to a person of his trust that has to do with the scope of defense. A person, he says, is not Koldo García.
This has been transferred in a conversation advanced by the sixth in which Ábalos qualifies those messages as “a bullshit” that the only thing they demonstrate, he says, is the confidence that the president had.
The head of Transporta argues that he has always had loyalty with Sánchez, but regrets that he has “enduring too much, 17 months of leaks and bulos.” He reproaches that everyone laughed with the information that affected their intimacy and are now scandalized before these new leaks. In this line, he claims to feel “saturated, hurt” and “uncomfortable” and that he is living a “nightmare.” He, he says, wanted to “tell the story” and that's why he kept the messages, p
In that conversation revealed by the sixth, Ábalos points out that one of the hard drives, in which he kept more familiar things, such as his wedding photo or his curriculum, had no key, but the other yes. The second, precise, was a copy of the first because he wants to write his memoirs and had offers of three publishers. “That is the history of Spain, that's why I kept them, I didn't imagine that all this nightmare was going to happen,” he defends.
In any case, the one who was the holder of Transporta argues that he does not care to be behind the filtration because, he insists, he has been suffering from leaks. For his part, he advances that he will report those on which he has evidence.
It refers in particular to issues on which information has been published in the media that have then appeared in reports of the UCO of the Civil Guard. In addition, he is convinced that the UCO accessed the aforementioned hard discs before the Supreme Court had the supplicator of the Congress and could act against him.
The former minister complains once again that anyone has had “empathy” with him: neither the government nor the press. “I am the fair monkey, the ball to which everyone hit, I have endured many lies about the Parador de Teruel, now of Sigüenza, on the catalog … And have you caught me with the ice cream cart? What do they have? As they do not find anything, they have to keep digging,” he recriminates.
